Baseball Player Walks Away From $12,000,000

 Kansas City - Kansas City Royals pitcher Gil Meche, who shocked the world and retired from baseball. Meche — who signed a five-year, $55 million contract with the Royals before the 2007 season — decided to walk away from the game, and millions of dollars, due to shoulder problems. “When I signed my contract, my main goal was to earn it. Once I started to realize I wasn’t earning my money, I felt bad. I was making a crazy amount of money for not even pitching. Honestly, I didn’t feel like I deserved it.
