Man shot in buttocks during dispute with neighbor

 Illinois - A Rochester Hills man was in critical condition at a hospital after being shot during a neighbor dispute. The 49-year-old was accused of storing his personal property over the property line by his neighbor’s 56-year-old relative. Police said the argument turned physical after the victim was sprayed in the face with pepper spray. The two men struggled before the victim was shot once in the buttocks and taken to a hospital for surgery.  More…
