Bishop indicted in repo case

Akron, Ohio -  Akron minister has been indicted on charges he assaulted a repo man who was trying to take back his Lexus. A Summit County grand jury this week indicted Bishop Marc Neal on charges of felonious assault, misdemeanor assault and abduction. Neal, 48, who lives in Fairlawn, is accused of injuring Ken Falzini as the Cleveland repossession company worker tried to tow the bishop’s vehicle prior to church services. Neal is the former minister at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church on East Wilbeth Avenue. Falzini, 50, told police that when he went to tow the 2007 Lexus from the church parking lot, Neal got inside and drove away, flopping Falzini onto the hood and racing away with the repo man holding on. More…
