Longview, Washington – The Cowlitz County prosecutor has filed charges against two southwest Washington men accused of trying to extort money from the owner of an English bulldog stolen and later found dead. 38-year-old Jessie James Clark of Kelso and 39-year-old Johnny Lee Jordan of Longview are both charged with first-degree extortion and second-degree possession of stolen property.
