Odd News-Football player may sue the band for breaking his leg
Houston - University of Houston wide receiver Patrick Edwards, who broke his right leg two weeks ago in a game at Marshall, said Tuesday that he and his family are considering their legal options in the wake of his much-publicized injury. On Oct. 28 Edwards suffered a compound fracture of his right leg when he ran into a cart loaded with band equipment that was parked just outside of the end zone at Joan C. Edwards Stadium in Huntington, W. Va
