Rochester Minnesota - A man who is in Rochester for a wedding is in custody for allegedly getting mad at one of the city’s goose statues, “just because it was a goose.” Police Capt. Brian Winters said the 28-year-old man could be charged with a felony for kicking and hitting the goose statue in front of the library on Second Street Southeast. He had a blood-alcohol level of 0.24 percent, police said, and was taken to detox.....More
