Fake Doctor Flushed Liposuction Fat Down Toilet

California – A San Francisco man who allegedly posed as a doctor and performed liposuction on an unsuspecting woman then flushed the fat down her toilet was arrested facing several felony charges. Carlos Guzmangarza, 49, also known as Carlos Guzman, allegedly operated a dermatology clinic and assumed the identity of a physician’s assistant with a similar name to his.
