Man stole cancer donation jar

Crestwood, Illinois – Police in the Chicago suburbs said they arrested a man accused of stealing a jar from a convenience store containing donations for a woman with cancer. Investigators said Joseph Campione, 45, of Palos Hills, turned himself in after police were able to identify him from surveillance video from the Shop Mart in Crestwood, where he allegedly took a jug of donations for a 27-year-old Alsip woman battling stage 3 colon cancer.  Full Article
